As a “triple earth” (Virgo Sun, Taurus Moon, Capricorn Ascendant), I am a grounded and down-to-earth therapist. My Cancer 6th house also informs my approach to my healing work and therapeutic relationships. I have found astrology (especially the Evolutionary Astrology approach) has greatly increased not only my self-understanding but also my self-compassion, and has offered me comfort during turbulent times.

In addition to being engaged in individual study, I recently completed the Apprenticeship level through the Forrest Center for Evolutionary Astrology (FCEA) and am working towards their Master Certification. I also receive ongoing mentorship from a wonderful trauma-informed astrologer Jessa Walters.

While psychotherapy sessions are different than counseling astrology, my clients who are interested in this area find it helpful to have a therapist who supports their spiritual explorations. Many astrologers also benefit from therapy with someone who speaks the same unique “language.”

My special interests include past-life trauma—both nodal discussions and past-life regression—and understanding & healing intergenerational trauma through genealogy and astrology. I have traced my matrilineal natal charts back 6 generations!
